I Love You

Song Quote
When I recorded I Love You, I shared a house with a living community. One of the fellow residents was an ex bass player of the band Jethro Tull. He always referred to this one as one of his favorite.
I remember that I never felt comfortable with my drum tracks on my songs (not my forte 🙂 ). I made it more simple here and louder which satisfied me more at the time. I also tried something new with the Oboe sound in the middle. Despite it’s faults, I still like it a lot as well.

Lyrics
I might be night, it might be day.
You might be thousand miles away.
It is not easy how to say
What is written deep inside me
A feeling that will always guide me
There is nothing I can do.
I love you
I love you
I love you
And I will do tomorrow and forever and a day.
I don’t know what it was you did.
I don’t know what it was you said.
I only know now it’s too late.
Because I see u when I close my eyes.
And when I listen then I hear your voice.
There is nothing I can do.
I love you
I love you
I love you
And I will do tomorrow and forever and a day.
Solo
Every note I play, I play for you.
Every word I sing, I sing to you.
And there is nothing you can do.
I love you
I love you
I love you
And I will do tomorrow and forever and a day.
I love you
I love you
I love you
And I will do tomorrow and forever and a day.
