Home Studio – The Room

From Guest Room to Studio

The guest room was the chosen space for the studio. On May 1st, 2018, the process of converting it began. The first and most significant task was removing the guest bed and relocating it to storage.

Once the room was cleared, a network ethernet cable needed to be routed from the home network. This required drilling a hole through the wall — a small but necessary measure to ensure a stable, low-latency wired connection for the studio computer.

With the room prepped and cleared, the actual studio construction could begin.
