In 1988, I continued recording with the same setup. This song was originally listed under 1989 but was actually recorded a year earlier.
Looking For A Lover
"Surely not a good recording quality but I love the song. I was always dragged towards simple tunes. The base theme of this one is an expression of that. There is no refrain really but a transition part that I am proud of. It steps out of the ordinary but very well glues the verses together." — George Lewe

Lyrics
I'm looking for a lover, honest and true,
who knows how to feel and who knows what to do.
Looking for a lover who's standing beside,
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
I'm looking for a lover with that light in her eyes,
who always is honest and never tells lies.
Looking for a lover who's standing beside,
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
And when we are together I will feel that she's fine.
When we are apart I will that she me mine,
that she's mine … mine.
I'm looking for a lover calming me down,
who's never fooling 'round on me and makes me a clown.
Looking for a lover who's standing beside,
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
I'm looking for a lover lighting my fire,
who always will be the girl of my desire.
Looking for a lover who's standing beside,
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
And when we are together I will feel that she's fine.
When we are apart I will that she's mine,
that she's mine … mine.
I'm looking for a lover, honest and true,
who knows how to feel and who knows what to do.
Looking for a lover who's standing beside,
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
Looking for a lover who's holding me tight.
